Antoinette Hotels' Environmental Promise

We recognise that our hotels have an effect on the environment, so we have a policy in place to help protect it and do our bit in helping to build a sustainable future.

So what is our policy?

• to understand all the issues with our day to day running and then put in place greener practices

• to use environmental regulations, laws and codes of practice as setting of the minimum standard

• to measure environmental performance and develop and maintain an adequate system of management, measurement and improvement

• to work with all our suppliers to minimise our impacts and where possible locally source products and services to also help the local community

So what are we doing about it?

Our main issues are energy, water, waste, and purchasing. Here are just a few things we do…

• We install water saving fixtures alongside other measures to reduce usage

• We strive to minimise the waste we produce, and where that is not possible we aim to reuse or recycle

• We have commissioned external audits e.g. The Carbon Trust to identify specific opportunities to reduce consumption and improve processes
