Guest Services Manager - Wimbledon
A key role within the Hotel working with the Deputy Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of all functions. With a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry, the ideal candidate will manage, develop and train all restaurant and bar team members; to include: service standards, health and safety, food hygiene and personal development reviews.
The Guest Services Manager will also fulfill the role of Duty Manager taking on the responsibility of the whole Hotel on allocated shifts. This involves working alongside the Front of House Manager to identify, develop, implement and maintain all Front Desk standards, practices and procedures.
The role involves shifts, 7-3pm and 3-11pm with weekends. All candidates should live locally due to some start and finishing times.

Reservations Agent
A position is currently available within our busy reservations department reporting into the reservations co-ordinator.

Night Porter Required
You must be willing to work a 40hr week and follow a shift pattern from 11pm through to 7am with some weekends.

Conference and Events Co-ordinator
A position is currently available within our busy Conference & Events department reporting into the C&E Manager. A varied role which includes increasing the volume of business generated through marketing and working to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth running of meetings/conferences and banqueting functions, by taking a hands-on approach whilst guests are in-house.
The candidate will also assist in the effective management and operations of the hotel during allocated duty management shifts.

Day Porter Required
Do you have lots of energy and enjoy working as part of a team?
A varied job where everyday is different; including driving, setting up function rooms and dealing with guests at the concierge desk?
